- Notice Templates – Save time versus retyping the same Notice title and verbiage. Go to Settings, Notice Templates.
- Import Bid Forms – In the Tabs/Bid Leveling module, import a bid form of line items from Excel, even with locked quantities if desired.
- Upgraded Prequal Module – Several new features including Send Backlog, easier editing, move Declined to Inbox, URL link to form, and more.
- RFI Notification Counter - Red circle icon shows if there are "Open" (unanswered) RFIs, with a number displaying how many.
Tip: Use the "Add a Bid Phase" feature to rebid a project quicker, and to keep the bidding history of all phases in one project view.
